Alfie Bryan
Alfie Bryan was born in Liverpool and dragged up and educated in Dublin. Since returning to the UK, he has done all kinds of unconsciously alliterative jobs, including bingo caller, bricklayer and bike-breaker. He’s sold everything from burgers to diamonds and completed two years of a fine arts degree at UCL, cut short by his going to prison. He has two years left to serve on his sentence. Alfie has had a couple of pieces of his work exhibited at the Harris People’s Gallery in Preston. He loves poetry and reads insatiably. He has had his poetry published here and there over the years, including one on a 60ft billboard at the Chelsea Flower Show in the 90s.
