Conrad Williams was born in 1969. He is the author of the novels Head Injuries, London Revenant and The Unblemished and a collection of stories, Use Once Then Destroy. Under the pseudonym Nuala Deuel he has also written a bestselling biography of a London dominatrix. He has won the Littlewood Arc Prize and the British Fantasy Award. Conrad lives in Manchester with his wife and two sons.
