Marian Van Eyk McCain, a retired psychologist and a grandmother, is spending her old age writing, and absolutely loves it. As well as articles, poetry and short stories, she has produced three nonfiction books: Transformation through Menopause (Bergin & Garvey, 1991), ELDERWOMAN: Reap the wisdom, feel the power, embrace the joy (Findhorn, 2002) and The Lilypad List: 7 steps to the simple life (Findhorn, 2004). She also has a book review column in Resurgence Magazine and is Co-Editor of the GreenSpirit Journal. Marian lives the simple life (or tries to) in Devon with her husband and soulmate, Sky. She loves walking, gardening and the Internet.
