Simon Todd was born in Ormskirk but has lived most of his life in Surrey and Rutland. He has just taken up the post of teacher of art at Kingstone School in Barnsley near to where he now lives in South Yorkshire. Prior to this he was a successful sculptor producing large scale woodcarvings for both public and private clients. This is his second published story. Simon is married with two daughters.
